Not great to see Union Jack flags (which are currently being misused to promote fascism) and a copy of the #dailymail on display at the front desk of a nursing home for elderly people with Dementia, as I was confronted with when visiting my mum.
Am pretty sure the extortionate care fees aren't meant to be used for the promotion of the far right fascist Reform Party.
