Yesterday I am sorry I had to stop all operations on this website.
Indeed, an increased frequentation of the websited hosted on the webserver increased the electrical consumption on the filer. An underdimensionned powersupply on one of the filer disks yielded to repeated crashes.

Today we have brought a bigger powersupply for the filer, and hope that it can support the ever increasing users demand. waterfox browser for Android
I have just installed Waterfox opensource and privacy enhanced browser on my laptop. This is a fork of firefox designed to split browsing from AI.
PRETTY INTERESTING.
I wanted to put it on my mobile also but i could not find it on F-Droid repository, only on google play.not to mention i did not do the install for privacy and tracker concer of every google play apps. Does someone have infos on Waterfox's availability on F-Droid ?

The post by default is unlisted and because of that everything works. Friendica, Mastodon both users get the post. It's visible on poster's feed but it makes sense, since the group is public - Private group
- Posting from Mastodon works
Post gets boosted by the group with "assigned to" to the poster, visibility limited to the group and group observers - Posting from Friendica doesn't

I have my basic instal up and running.
I want to open it up to other users. But, I want to make improvements.
I know that there are many features in friendica. Where to start?
My site has virtually no traffic. How t you add relays, and also mix organic posts and get them to grow?
How to make and nurture forums(maybe wrong term here). I want create topics that might be of local interest, but also ones that might be country or world wide interest.
Just trying to get ideas of what to look at and work on.

Hello everyone,
Following an analysis of the server access logs, I have decided to block access to ClaudeBot and several other bots used for artificial intelligence model training.
The reason is straightforward: these bots are extremely resource-intensive. They crawl the network continuously, consume a disproportionate amount of bandwidth 📡, and generate server load that impacts the experience of all members.
What is particularly problematic, beyond the technical aspect, is the complete absence of any compensation in return. Our content, our exchanges, our posts are used to train commercial systems 🤖, without social.netdynamics.eu or its members receiving the slightest benefit.
This decision takes effect immediately through robots.txt rules and the server firewall. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to share them below. ✊
