Compare that to Sweden, 66%, the Netherlands, 63%, and the EU, 58%, that gap is striking.
Finland is often cited as a leader in digital literacy and counter-disinformation. It makes me curious how Finnish politicians assess X today, as a neutral platform, or as an active disinformation risk.
Which European country will be the first to seriously lead by example and walk away from this disinformation machine?

Just spotted that Munster Technological University have replaced the X logo on their website with a Bluesky one !
Onze partij zit vol met geweldige nerds (zie bijv. politici-op-mastodon.nl/) die bijna allemaal onderschrijven: als je het systeem wil veranderen, moet je zelf willen veranderen. Tijd dat we ons hierbij aansluiten.
X is de betonrot van ons internet. Het manipuleert het debat en verkiezingen. X treedt niet op tegen racisme, seksisme en bedreigingen, en het laat haar eigen chatbot mensen (zelfs kinderen) zonder instemming uitkleden.

We are really glad to see @openpetition here. They were our choice to host the petition for the #LeaveX, in January 2025.

We tried to host our letter (leavex.eu/letter) at the official petition website of the @EUCommission , but it was refused. We considered @campact as well, but they seem too focused on their own bubble, and Open Petition seems more international.
The more organized civil society becomes active on the #Fediverse, the better.
